¶ 1 Appellant, Edward E. Younkin, appeals from the judgment entered on October 10, 2001, dismissing Appellant’s “Petition to Modify Underinsured Motorist Arbitration Award to Include Interest”. After carefiil review, we affirm.2

¶ 2 The Trial Court summarized the facts of this case as follows:

[Appellant] is the father of Gregory Younkin who was insured by [Appellee], Nationwide Insurance Company, for Underinsured Motorist benefits. Gregory Younkin was killed as a pedestrian on December 20, 1991 when he was struck by a private passenger vehicle. The tortfeasor’s insurance company…
