Wadhams, J.:

The defendant has appealed from a judgment of the Magistrates’ Court whereby she was found guilty of the offense of disorderly conduct in violation of subdivision 2 of section 1458 of the Consolidation Act, and pursuant to which she was sentenced to the workhouse for an indeterminate period not to exceed two years, in accordance with the provisions of section 4 *28of chapter 579 of the Laws of 1915, as amended by'Chapter 287 of the Laws of 1916, commonly known as the Parole Board Act.
