OPINION OF THE COURT

STUCKY, Judge:

Colonel Lyonio B. Nunes was convicted, by a judge-alone general court-martial, notwithstanding his pleas, of two specifications of wrongfully committing indecent acts and one specification of fraternization in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was sentenced to a dismissal, 100 days con*888finement, and forfeiture of $1000 pay per month for 5 months. The convening authority approved the sentence as adjudged.
