SENTENCING MEMORANDUM

MILLER, District Judge.

Larry G. Enquist has tendered a guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of possession of methamphetamine, 21 U.S.C. § 844(a), as part of a written plea agreement in which Mr. Enquist agreed to cooperate with the government, which in turn agreed to dismiss an indictment charging him with felony offenses of conspiracy, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, and interstate travel in aid of illegal activity, and further agreed not to file additional charges against Mr. Enquist.
