I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the court on Defendant John Doe’s motion to quash subpoena (Dkt. # 9). Doe is the anonymous owner and operator of the website <www.salehoosucks.com>, a purported Internet “gripe site” dedicated principally to criticism of Plaintiff SaleHoo Groups, Ltd. (“SaleHoo”). Doe requests that the court quash a subpoena served by SaleHoo on GoDaddy.com, Inc. (“GoDaddy”) seeking to learn Doe’s identity.
