BISHOP, J.
This case is before us on remand from our Supreme Court. The defendant, Scott Winer, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of failing to comply with the sex offender registration requirements of General Statutes § 54-251 (a). The remaining claims before us are whether (1) there was sufficient evidence to support the defendant’s conviction and (2) the court properly instructed the jury. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
