This is an appeal by the Lotus Oil Company from an adverse judgment of the District Court of Andrews County, Texas, whereby the plaintiff Mrs. Cecil Spires recovered title and possession to an undivided 3/8 interest in and to the following described lands in Andrews County, Texas, to-wit: Sections No. 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, and 26 in Block A-48, Public School Lands in Andrews County, Texas.
