Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Mazzone, J.), rendered November 15, 1994, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.

Following her sale of cocaine to undercover police officers, defendant was charged with various drug-related crimes. She pleaded guilty to the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree in full satisfaction of the indictment and was sentenced to 3 to 9 years in prison.
