■ The accused was tried by general court-martial in Korea upon two charges which involved violations of Articles 118 and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC §§ 712 and 722. The first specification alleged the unpremeditated murder of Lee Bok Hee and the second specification charged an assault with a dangerous weapon, in which grievous bodily harm was intentionally inflicted. He was found guilty as charged and sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement at hard labor for fifteen years. The…
