This suit, brought by Joseph S. Middleton, plaintiff, for $3,060.00 to compensate him for personal injuries and medical expenses arising out of an automobile accident which occurred on October 9, 1939, at Kenner, Louisiana, against Rheem Manufacturing Company and its liability insurance carrier, American Automobile Insurance Company, was consolidated for trial with the action of Michelli versus these same defendants,34 So.2d 264, in which an opinion and decree was handed down by us this day.
