This is a boundary dispute involving a line which is the north line of plaintiffs’ property, the south line of defendants’ property, which adjoins the Steeles’ on the north. The area involved in the dispute constitutes a frontage along a county road of approximately 58 feet, with a depth of 440 feet more or less. The trial court quieted the title of plaintiffs Steele, denying the claims of the Shulers expressed in a cross-complaint.
