FLAUM, Circuit Judge.
Laverne Tubergen alleges that St. Vincent Hospital and Health Care Center (“St.Vincent”) discharged him on the basis of age, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq. (“ADEA”). The district court granted summary judgment in favor of St. Vincent, and we affirm.
