Findings of Fact.

1. On April 22, 1950, about Noon time, the weather being clear and practically no wind, the Steam Tanker “Pan Maryland”, *960owned by the Transport Company, a Delaware Corporation, was proceeding upstream in the Savannah River, fully laden with a cargo of petroleum to be discharged at her dock at Savannah West of the bridge, and with a draft of 28 feet 3 inches.
