Defendant in error recovered a judgment against plaintiffs in error in an action of forcible entry and detainer. Upon the trial below the court peremptorily directed a verdict for the defendant in error, upon which verdict the judgment was rendered. The only questions presented here are as to the evidence warranting this peremptory direction by the trial court, and as to the propriety of an order amending the verdict.
