Plaintiffs, who are approximately 200 United States nationals (or their estates, survivors or heirs) who were victims of terrorist attacks launched in Israel by Ha-mas, appeal from the judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Irizarry, /.), dismissing, on summary judgment, their suit against Defendant National Westminster Bank PLC (“NatWest”).
