Lamont Bethel was convicted of armed robbery, aggravated assault, child cruelty, and false imprisonment in connection with the robbery of a Big Apple Food Store. He appeals, contesting the sufficiency of the evidence and contending that the trial court erred in failing to charge on certain lesser included offenses. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
