The State of Missouri, Department of Corrections (“DOC”), appeals from (1) a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Western District of Missouri upon a jury verdict in favor of Rebecca Hunt and Susan Nürn-berg (together “plaintiffs”) on their Title VII retaliation claims against DOC, 2 Hunt v.
