North Side Bank, appellant, appeals from an interlocutory order of the trial court appointing a receiver over real property on which appellant holds a lien. The original cause below was a divorce proceeding in which appellee Tom Wachendorfer was petitioner and cross-respondent and appellee Margaret Wachendorfer was respondent and cross-petitioner. On February 2, 1979, the trial court entered its decree of divorce awarding appellee Margaret Wachendorfer an undivided one-half interest in the property in question.
