MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Lester Stolarezyk (“Plaintiff’) is suing, on behalf of the estate of Rebecca Stolarezyk (“Stolarezyk”), Senator International Freight Forwarding, LLC (“Defendant” or “Senator”), for allegedly unlawfully terminating Stolarezyk and failing to offer her a reasonable accommodation for her alleged disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101, et seq.
