On March 3,1965, the Director of Highways of the state of Ohio, acting under the provisions of Section 5553.041, Revised Code, filed his petition with the Board of County Commissioners of Hancock County, Ohio, for the vacation of a portion of Township Road 114, an east and west road located in that county and hereinafter referred to as T-114.
