VAN VALKENBURGH, Circuit Judge.

Appellee is the widow of one J. P. Gorman and beneficiary in a certain accident policy originally issued by the Fidelity & Casualty Company of New York on the 1st day of February, 1925. The policy was in the principal sum of $5,000, to be paid to the beneficiary in. ease of death by accident while the policy was in force. The term of the policy was for one year, with the provision that, “at the expiration of the term for which this policy is issued, and at the expiration ofi any term for which it may be renewed, the company will, subject to all the provisions…
