On April 6th, 1901, Charles Gehrmann of A., brought suit against the Maryland Casualty Company of Baltimore City, a corporation, upon a policy issued by it to him, and insuring him in the amount of a principal sum of five thousand dollars in event of death resulting from external, violent, and accidental means, ocurring during the continuance of the policy, and in the amount of twenty-five dollars weekly indemnity, for a period not exceeding one hundred and four consecutive weeks, against bodily injuries sustained in like manner, and continuously and wholly disabling and preventing him from…
