MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. Introduction

This action was filed December 29, 1997, pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (hereinafter, “ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621, et seq. Plaintiff is a former employee of Defendant, having worked 12% years for B.A. Mullican Lumber & Manufacturing Company (hereinafter, “Mullican”) until he was terminated on February 28, 1997.
