SNELL, Justice.

Defendant appeals from a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff on claims of negligence and breach of implied warranty. Defendant contends the district court erred as follows: (1) in submitting plaintiffs claim for breach of implied warranty to the jury; and (2) in instructing the jury on two theories of negligence which defendant contends were unsupported by the record and Iowa law. We affirm.
