OPINION

CARPENETI, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

Gary Maxwell moved to modify custody of the parties' two children after Laurie Maxwell, claiming to be unable to deal with their daughter, twice within three months sent the child on short notice from her home in Ket-chikan to Gary in Anchorage. Because Gary failed to allege facts sufficient to establish a material change in cireumstances, the decision of the superior court denying Gary's motion to modify custody is affirmed.
