In a wrongful death action, defendant Tube City Iron and Metal Company and non-party witness Consolidated National American Group (CNA) appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated November 15, 1979, as, upon plaintiff’s motion to compel discovery, directed the production of certain correspondence, checks and surveys in the possession of CNA. Order modified by deleting subdivision "(C)” of decretal paragraph "1” thereof, and substituting therefor the following: "(C) All surveys, inspections, correspondence and reports theretofore…
