MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Defendant Michael Ricci (“Ricci”) has filed a motion for summary judgment in this adversary proceeding as to all dispositive issues presented by the complaint.
