This is an original quo warranto proceeding in this court.

At the general election in this state in November, 1936, Honorable William A. Huneke was duly elected judge of the superior court, department two, for Spokane county, for a full term of four years, beginning the second Monday in January, 1937, and expiring the second Monday (January 13, 1941) in January, 1941.
