FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

This Case is before the Court for confirmation of the Third Amended Chapter 13 Plan (“Third Amended Plan”) filed by Alan J. Kirschner and Joyce J. Kirschner (“Debtors”) on December 21, 2000. (Doc. 22.) The Standing Chapter 13 Trustee (“Trustee”) objected to confirmation of the Third Amended Plan at a hearing held on January 30, 2001. (Doc. 25.)
