On October 28, 1938, Leon James, as guardian of the estate of John F. Janies, an insane person, filed in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Florida, a bill of complaint, but subsequently amended, in which it was alleged that John F. James on October 20, 1938, was by the County Judge’s Court of Jackson County, Florida, adjudged insane and by an appropriate order committed to the Florida hospital for the insane.
