Certiorari to review a decision of the industrial commission denying compensation for the accidental death of relator’s husband, Philip Bronson, while in the employ of the National Battery Broadcasting Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as KSTP.

There is no controversy about these facts: For more than three years Philip Bronson was employed by the respondent KSTP, as production manager, at the salary of $350 per month at the time of his death.
