This is a contest over the will of William Hersey Ford, who died in the state of Oregon, February 12, 1926. At the time of his death he was a resident of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake county, Utah, and left an estate therein consisting of real and personal property. His heirs and next of kin were Mary Nowlin Ford, his surviving wife, Arthur P. Ford, his son by a former wife, and Beulah F. Ford, an adopted daughter, all of whom reside in Salt Lake City.
