Jose Tallabas, individually, and as next friend for Maria Antoniatte Tallabas, his minor daughter, brought this suit against Wong Pan and Wong Poy (father and son) to recover damages for personal injuries to said child. The alleged injuries were inflicted by striking the child with an automobile belonging to Wong Pan and driven by Wong Poy, said owner being also in the car, together with two other men.
