Appellant was an Airman First Class assigned to Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina. Before a general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone, Appellant pleaded guilty to two specifications of wrongful use of cocaine on divers occasions, one specification of wrongful use of marijuana, one specification of assault with a deadly weapon, one specification of disorderly conduct, and two specifications of communicating a threat, in violation of Articles 112a, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§…
