This is a bill in equity, brought by the plain-
tiffs in behalf of themselves and all other holders of certain securities called participating operation certificates, issued by the predecessors in title of the defendants. The principal relief sought is the establishment of an equitable lien or hens upon certain parcels of land of the defendant The Go-Gas Company, which are subject to a mortgage to the defendant Equitable Trust Company of New York, as trustee for cer*587tain bondholders also named as defendants.
