I. Introduction

After reviewing appellants’ ■ motion for rehearing, we deny the motion, withdraw our August 14, 2003 opinion and judgment, and substitute the following in their place.

Appellants Shannon Emily Parker and Kelli Parker appeal from the probate court’s denial of their motions for summary judgment and the court’s corresponding ruling granting appellees Christy Lynn Parker and Robert Clinton Parker’s motions for partial summary judgment.
