Ellen M. Jack (the mother) seeks further review of the decision of the Nebraska Court of Appeals reversing an order of the *199district court for Douglas County which had modified a decree that dissolved the mother’s marriage to Gregory J. Clinton (the father). See Jack v. Clinton, No. A-98-1057, 1999 WL 1063091 (Neb. App. Oct. 19, 1999) (not designated for permanent publication).
