I. INTRODUCTION

Kristy Lee Farnsworth (hereinafter mother) seeks further review of the decision of the Nebraska Court of Appeals reversing an order of the district court which had modified a decree that dissolved her marriage to Jeffrey D. Farnsworth (hereinafter father). Farnsworth v. Farnsworth, 6 Neb. App. 597, 576 N.W.2d 476 (1998).
