MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KYLE, District Judge.
Introduction
Plaintiff Radisson Hotels International, Inc. (“Radisson”) commenced this action against Defendants alleging patent infringement; misappropriation of trade secrets under the Minnesota Uniform Trade Secrets Act, Minnesota Statutes sections 325C.01; and common law claims for unfair competition and breach of contract. Jurisdiction over this action arises under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1338 and 1367.
