SPAETH, President Judge:

This is an appeal from judgments of sentence for burglary, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass. Appellant argues 1) that the trial court erred in admitting appellant’s confession into evidence because the Commonwealth *41did not establish the corpus delicti of burglary by independent evidence; 2) that the guilty verdicts for both theft and burglary were erroneous; and 8) that trial counsel was ineffective in failing to move to suppress appellant’s confession.…
