CANTRELL, Judge.

This is an action for relief from a final judgment of divorce granted in 1978. We affirm the trial judge’s dismissal of the action because it was not brought in a timely fashion.

On September 27,1976, the Circuit Court of Davidson County heard a complaint for divorce filed by the appellee Chalmers Thomas Cruthirds. On December 27, 1976, the court entered an order denying the divorce. On January 25, 1977, Mr. Cru-thirds filed a motion to alter or amend the previous order and grant him a divorce from bed and board or in the alternative grant him a new trial. On March 15,…
