LAVORATO, Justice.
In this attorney disciplinary proceeding involving the respondent, William A. Con-zett, we review the Grievance Commission’s findings and recommendations pursuant to Iowa Supreme Court Rule 118.10. We suspend Conzett’s license to practice law indefinitely with no possibility of reinstatement for a period of four months from the date of this opinion.
