Plaintiff fell inside Wegman’s store on an unknown substance on the floor. The defendant moves for summary judgment. Because there are genuine issues of material fact, defendant’s motion is denied.
Summary judgment may be granted when the pleadings, depositions, answers to interrogatories, and admissions on file, together with the affidavits, if any, show that there is no genuine issue of material fact and that the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
