Plaintiff below, James A. Moore, has appealed in error from the action of the Circuit Judge in directing a verdict in favor of the defendants, Union Chevrolet Company and William Parmer. Plaintiff Moore brought suit for personal injuries and property damage to his automobile which were sustained in a collision on April 9,1957, in Memphis, Tennessee.
