This is the second appeal of this case. Jhe decision in the case, when it was here before is in 175 Ark. 246, 298 S. W. 1029. It was reversed and remanded, and, on a re-trial in the Hot ¡Spring 'Circuit Court, there was a verdict and judgment for $100. The appellant filed motion for new trial, which was overruled, exceptions saved, and the ease is here again on appeal. The issues are stated in the case on former appeal, and it is not necessary to restate them.
