Malang as the Conservative Party candidate for the public office of Member of the Council of the Town of Cortlandt, in the General Election to be held on November 8, 1994, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Nicolai, J.), dated October 12,1994, which granted the petition.
