Otto M. McLing and his wife Sandy M. McLing sued Gerald W. Crews, the president of Crews Homes, Inc. ("CHI"), in the Elmore Circuit Court, alleging, among other things, that Crews had negligently delivered and installed on the McLings' property in Wetumpka a mobile home purchased from CHI in May 2005.
