The accused was tried and found guilty under both counts of the information of obtaining money under false pretenses and from the judg ment, entered upon the verdict, for a term of not less than two nor more than three years on the first count, and two years on the second count, sentences to run concurrently, the accused appeals because of the refusal of the court to permit him to testify and of the rulings made upon such refusal.
