Before the Court is a motion for an order relieving AYL Realty Corp. (“AYL”) from a contract of sale for certain real estate owned by the Debtor. The AYL motion arose in the context of a duly noticed hearing, upon application of the Debtor, to sell the subject real estate to AYL, the contract vendee, or any other offeror who may submit a higher or better offer.
