On the 11th of December, 1883, the appellant filed with the county board of Delaware county, her claim against said county, alleging that Meyers & Son were the contractors for building a'jail for the county, and that the claimant, between the 1st days of April and October, 1882, had supplied said contractors with stone used in the construction of said jail; that there was a large sum of money due and unpaid thereon; that in May, 1883, the claimant notified said county board in writing, that she intended to hold the county liable to her for the payment of said sum of money; that…
